Price list notes
Prices are intended per person for a minimum stay of 3 days and include : room with private bathroom, balcony, TV, safe, telephone, internet WI-Fi connection in common areas ; delicious, abundant meals with choice of menus, possibility of fish and meat every day, vegetable buffet at lunch and dinner, breakfast buffet .
Meals not consumed are not refunded, but, upon request, can be replaced with a boxed lunch.

REDUCTIONS,
for children staying in room with parents :
from 0 to 3 years of age Free
from 4 to 6 years of age 40% discount
from 7 to 12 years of age, 20% discount
Half board - € 2,50 off the price list
Family Plan : 3 paid rates and 1 free ( in the same room with children up to 12 years of age - August excluded)
In case of cancellation of the booking, the deposit made will be with held as compensation. In case of an early departure during the stay, the amount equivalent to 3 overnight stays is charged.
Check in : 12:30 the day of arrival ; Check out : 10am the day of departure (the dates of the stay communicated in the confirmation of the booking sent by letter or email are those to be kept valid).
